You're Invited: Interdisciplinary Care in Action

HealthSTAT will host a special forum this fall entitled Interdisciplinary Care in Action: Meeting Tomorrow's Healthcare Needs.  Students from across disciplines will put their collaborative skills to good use during by coming up with solutions to a chronic disease case problem in a team setting.  We will hear from health professionals working in the field on how collaborative and interdisciplinary care will help solve problems associated with chronic disease and care management.
